We currently ship to all major cities and regions across India. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.

- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order.
- Free shipping may be available on promotional orders or for orders exceeding a specific threshold, as indicated during checkout.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Delivery times depend on your location. Typically, deliveries to major cities take 3-5 business days, while remote areas may take 7-10 business days.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier issues, may occur. While we are not liable for such delays, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Replacement Policy
- We offer a 4-day replacement policy for damaged or defective products. Replacement requests must be initiated within 4 days of receiving the product.
- To qualify, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the product and its condition at the time of delivery.
- Products that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be replaced.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are only accepted for unused products in their original packaging and condition.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" are not eligible for returns.
How to Request a Replacement or Return

- For returns, contact us at info@beautians.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning or replacing the product.
Shipping for Returns and Replacements
- For replacements due to damage or defects, we will cover the shipping cost for sending you a new product.
- For returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Beautians is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
- Refunds are not offered under our replacement policy. If eligible for a return, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method after we inspect the returned product.
- Partial refunds may be issued for items that are damaged, used, or missing accessories for reasons not due to our error.
- Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable".
- Customized or personalized products.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
